Enchanting cottage in a small village

Tucked away on the end of a village on a no through road you can find Sunnyside. Sunnyside has a large South facing garden and is in a very quiet (small village) and private location. Sunnyside is a simple typical cottage that has everything you need. The kitchen has all utilities and the bathroom a bath with shower (both have underfloor heating). In the dining and living room there is a nice wood burner and an embarrassing large tv with netflix (I love to watch movies) for cosy nights in. In the garden you find fruit trees, wild flower patches that attract loads of birds, a vegetable garden, and plenty of places to relax. Oh yes, and silkie chickens :). They have an automatic feeder etc so no need to anything. They do walk free in the garden and will ask you for food. There is also another `guest house that is not finished yet but it does have a functional bed room. This can be handy if you have a teenage kid that would like some privacy. The cottage is simple and cosy in layout. Down stairs a kitchen, a bathroom and an open living and dining room. Upstairs there are two bed rooms and an office. More pictures if you are interested.

About the location

Kent is also called the garden of England because of it s orchards. I personally (as a Dutch person) find this a stunning area to hike and cycle. Kent basically offers a wide range of possibilities for lovers of nature and culture. Within half an hour your at the seaside (Whitstable). London is not that far away (+/- 1 hour - faster from Ashford (30 minutes) with the speed train) so you can always visit the great city if you get bored of all the quiet time.
