2 bedroom apartment with balcony and lift in central Brighton. Large spacious rooms with green views. The entire flat has been redecorated and recarpeted this spring and looks great. For the moment this means we are hoping to find exchangers who are not bringing small children or pets with them. (That will change but for the moment we are enjoying the newness of everything :) The flat measures 90 square meters. Brighton is a traditional seaside town with lovely architecture and lots of character. We are 1 hour by train from London. No need to drive from our house as easy to walk and take trains. Many restaurants, cafes, shops, museums, cinemas, and theatres.

We have a central 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and lift. Quiet street, parking, 20 minute walk from the sea, 15 minute walk from the centre of town, and 15 minute drive or train to traditional english villages and countryside. Good transport into town and countryside, also London.

Cross channnel day trips to France easy from Newhaven just 40 mins away. Can exchange cars if required.

About the location

Brighton is a good location for a mix of city and countryside break. Lots to do for teenagers and small children too. Well served for culture ( cinemas, several theatres, museums and lots of good restaurants and cafes). Green areas and countryside (the lovely Sussex Downs 15 mins from home by car bus or train). Again no need for a car there are trains which take you out of the city in 10 minutes.
