COSTA DEL SOL/COSTA DEL GOLF - Our holiday home is a luxurious 3 bedroom condo with our own private garden in prestigious residential area of Benalmadena, Costa del Sol.

10 minutes walk to beach, restaurants and very close to Costa del
Sol's beautiful marinas and golf courses. 15 minutes Malaga
airport.

Our apartment is fully air conditioned and centrally heated. The Master Double Bedroom is complete with luxury ensuite bathroom with jaccuzzi, shower and bidet.There ia a further Double Bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom. The apartment has a further 2 bathrooms complete with shower and a fourth large bathroom complete with shower and sauna.Our Kitchen has top of the range appliances - Hob, Oven, Extractor, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dish Washer. Washing machine and laundry sink are in the laundry room. The apartment has Marble Tiled Flooring throughout.
The conservatory has views of the garden. We have Satellite, the Large TV,DVD and VCR are in the TV Room. We also have high speed Internet access. We also have our own large, private enclosed garden. There is a large swimming pool in the complex along with well maintained garden areas.

We do not allow pets and we prefer no small children. Smoking is only allowed in the garden area.

We are retired mortgage/insurance brokers who enjoy travelling, music, reading, gardening, theatre, walking and computers. Non simultaneous possible. We are OPEN TO OFFERS FOR 2010 - NOT JULY/AUGUST - city locations preferred.
