Two bedroom bungalow in a village four miles from the beautiful historical city of York (one mile from park and ride which takes you into the centre of York). Dunnington is an attractive village with good transport to the city. Excellent location for touring Yorkshire Dales, Moors and East Coast. The Lake District is also within easy reach. London and Edinburgh are both a two hour train journey.
Our single story home is warm and comfortable and has a pleasant sitting room with two and three seater sofas, TV and piano. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite. A large conservatory overlooks pleasant gardens. Dining room and open plan kitchen, with dishwasher, Utility room with washer, dryer and second freezer. Extremely quiet position but convenient for shops, butchers, convenience store, hairdressers, chemist etc.
