Lovely 5 Bed home in Granada, Spain

This detached house is our second choice for exchange (Also see our more flexible SECOND HOME HE15753) and is in the countryside 16 miles and only 35 minutes to the centre of GRANADA by frequent public transport: the village has 600 residents, (most of whom are related) and the atmosphere is friendly (and entirely Spanish speaking):

The house has five double bedrooms and three bathrooms, patio, large pool, manageable garden and is very private behind 4mtr high hedges. The two large bedrooms would be available, both with their own bathrooms. We would like to exchange with two elderly actives like us possibly interested in cycling, walking and our quiet home next to the Church. There is central heating, log fire and air-con in three rooms. The village and the surrounding countryside border on the Duke of Wellington estates, and nearby mountain villages are of interest, particularly Montefrio and Moclin. There are distance views of the Sierra Nevada, snow covered for six months per year. Temperatures (at 2000 ft) are high in summer (35c+) and low in the short winters.
