Near Florence and Arezzo - Heart of Tuscany

The cottage, in the Florentine countryside (Chianti Area overlooking beautiful Tuscan mountains), is our second house which we use to relax during the weekends and to spend part of our holdays. It is 5 Km from Figline Valdarno and 25 Km from Florence,(cradle of the Italian Renaissance and of the finest arts and museums), easily reached by car or by frequent trains in Figline`s station, which take about 20 minutes to get to the central station of Florence. Other beautiful Tuscan cities and smaller towns(e.g. Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, etc) are within 30 to max 60 minutes reach by car.

The house is cozy and full of light. There is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dish-washer, etc) one double bedroom and another large bedroom with two twin beds, a beautiful living room and a bathroom with shower. Central heating and air conditioning. Internet connection. Shopping facilities, restaurants and supermarkets are in Figline Valdarno. Very quiet. Being a second house we can also be available for non simultaneous exchanges. Very friendly, quiet and safe surrounding.
