I live in Maroochydore Beachside only minutes walking to the long sandy beaches; this is a very popular spot,we are a small batch of streets with long term residence right in the middle of all activities/action yet if you love taking long walks and exploring our local neighborhood as well as discover the best local cuisine and are happy in a museum or a visit to the local pubs we have it all here ,it is great to be so close to everything, check out "Sunshine Coast Maroochydore"this area where we live has lots of things for children to enjoy lots to do and only moments from the Coral Sea,you can take my car up to the Barrier Reef or take it down to Snowy Mountains go anywhere and enjoy, invite your friends to come and enjoy this wonderful area with you.

It`s only a five minute walk to the beach and we have two Supermarkets 5 min walk away.

The Best Location, walking access to our 4 Beaches,Cotton Tree, Maroochydore, Moloolaba and Alexandra Headlands, Sunshine Plaza shopping centre at the end of our street about 200m walk,and that is only a start, please check out Sunshine coast area where you will find lots of things to do, we are just 3 streets just behind the modern streetscape,we are not holiday makers in these streets but ordinary folk working, retired and children going to schools, a very little piece of paradise of which everyone wants to be a part of, you would not be disappointed visiting here.
