We are open to offers, hoping for London or Brighton area in September/October 2015. Can do non similtaneous. We have a secluded tropical garden, heated swimming pool, with outdoor toilet & shower facility, home office, delightful back verandah overlooking garden with barbque facilities. Walking distance to Fremantle with its many cafe's, restaurants (see pic of pelican), pubs, cinemas, tourist attractions and train service to Perth. Swimming beach is 20 mins walk or short cycle ride. Cycle track 5 mins away which can take you for miles up or down the coast of Perth.
