We live in a detached large suburban house with 5 big bedrooms/2 bathrooms and plenty of space for parking car(s) in our driveway.

We are also on three regular City bus routes with a west facing sunny lovely garden for barbecues & games. Adjacent to a large public park with tennis, bowling, childrens playground & greyhound racing stadium. All mod cons. Quiet tree-lined road.

Exciting City on English south coast of England. The beach and countryside are minutes away with many historical attractions nearby.

The nightlife is varied with most tastes catered to, with teenage discos, late night clubs, cinemas, with many vibrant bars and restaurants, set amongst Regency architecture, numerous museums and regular theatre festivals for all the family.

Short drive from the beach/promenade in Hove which suitable for wind & kite surfing, rollerblading & catching crabs with sailing & fishing.

A car would be handy but not necessarily needed. Brighton & Hove City centre 15 min bus/taxi or 30 min walk. South Downs close for walks, paragliding, Golf, horse riding - all nearby.

Gatwick airport 30 mins away. Newhaven Ferry port 30 mins away too if you want to drive here via Dieppe or the Eurotunnel.

Hove Train station 10 min walk with London Victoria station is 55 mins away by train. Great connections to all other south coast areas.
