Our home is clean, comfortable and cosy with a large kitchen and adjoining lounge room. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, ensuite to main bedroom and one a single bed. There's access to the garage from the front, backyard and house, making it an ideal extra BBQ/entertaining area. The backyard is a very tidy enclosed paved area with many flowers. We love spending time in our home and having friends over, as it is warm and inviting.
Our neighbourhood in Boronia, Knox east of Melbourne, is ideally located, as it offers easy access to the Yarra Valley Region with wineries, craft and fresh produce markets, antiques, cafes and lovely walks. At Healesville Wildlife Santuary see unique Australian animals and flora up close, take a Balloon Flight, and go skiing in the mountains. In the City of Melbourne approx 45mins. by car, ride the talking City Circle Tram and view the city from the Melbourne Observation Deck and much more.
