Our home is about 2 miles from Edinburgh city centre, home of the Edinburgh Festival. It is well maintained and cosy. Rooms: one double bedroom with lovely view to Arthurs Seat, one large single bedroom and a smaller single. Large living/dining room with piano. Small but well equipped kitchen with direct access to sunny back garden with small patio area. Pleasant bathroom with bath and shower. Large loft (teenagers den). Spare double futon in loft, also a sofa bed in living room, so would comfortably accommodate 6 people so long as they can cope with sharing one bathroom.

The house is 40 mins walk from Princes Street, beside Blackford Hill (great walking and views). Braids golf course nearby, and also Cameron Toll shopping centre and Morningside both within 15 mins walk. Edinburgh is a fantastic holiday destination with lots to do and see, and plenty of good restaurants, theatres, concerts and cinemas, not to mention the Festival in August.
