Villages Villa

We have a 2 bedroom villa in an over-55 community called The Villages. The house is 1,200 sq ft with patio and BBQ. a golf cart is included in the exchange; so a car is not needed. Everything is golfcartable. There is a Villages Shuttle from Orlando Airport to the Villages every hour. Our community offers free tennis; pickleball; golf and many clubs and activities all available by golf cart. There is a swimming pool opposite as shown just for our Villa Del La Mesa residents - there are 28 other pools available. CASn use our golf clubs - there are 438 holes - executive and championship golf courses. Many country clubs are all open to you. We call it our adult Disneyland. Located 1 hour north of Orlando and the Disney, Sea World, Epic Cot etc One hour from the Gulf of Mexico and one hour from the Atlantic Ocean (If without a car many rent from Enterprise, Hertz Budget car rentals located in THE VILLAGES If going to the beaches and are here without a car.
