Our home here in sunny Queensland is a large, single-storey dwelling which is clean and comfortable. There is a good size kitchen with dining room adjoining, and French windows leading onto the 50sqm covered patio. This overlooks a kidney-shaped inground swimming pool and private one-acre garden with a large variety of local trees and plants.

We live in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, with lots of parks and shops nearby. You can be at a restaurant beside the sea in 30 minutes, and on a surf beach in 40 mins. Brisbane city centre is an easy 45 minutesdrive, with its beautiful South Bank Parklands and beach, and its many museums, art galleries and retail areas. Public transport is also excellent and easily accessible.
