Lovely 3 Bed home in Derby, England

Our house is a quirky deceiving property built in 1875. It is much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. We have 3 double bedrooms two overlooking fields, a lounge, dining room kitchen utility and downstairs toilet.

We live in a small village which is semi rural but only 2 miles from the nearest quaint town Belper, where you can find all the ammenities you require including a large supermarket. In Heage itself we have a paper shop, a small general store and 5 pubs!! We are about 10 miles from the town of Matlock, gateway to the beautiful Peak District. We are also about 1 hour from Manchester (you can get the bus!!), Sheffield and Birmingham. We live in a beautiful part of the world for walking and cycling.

We are ideally suited for exploring the whole of the uk as we are very central. We have good public transport links. The nearest train station is in Belper (2 miles away) and the nearest airport is East Midlands about 12 miles where you can get cheap flights to Scotland and Ireland.

We have 2 cats which would require feeding once a day, but our next door neighbour has a key and is quite happy to feed the cats if you want to go away for a night or a few days.
