Overlooking the beach islands & lighthouse

Our home was formally two floors of The Balmoral Hotel, a Victorian Seaside Hotel. It looks across the Irish sea towards Anglesey, Puffin Island, and the Great Orme.

The views are amazing both out to sea and at the rear of the property across the Snowdonia mountain range.

We are less than 70 yards from the beach. Dolphins/porpoises are sometimes seen from the window! Check youtube for a recent video.


Llanfairfechan or the small church of Mary "it`s English interpretation" has been described as the Gem of Wales. A coastal village that is served by the railway and A55 allowing great access through the Snowdonia National Park.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms sleeping seven. A fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, dryer, fridge, cooker, microwave, etc.

We like city breaks in Europe but are open to all offers and ideas. We usually travel with family or friends.

We have exchanged over many years traveling to the USA, Canada, Thailand, Australia, Europe, and throughout the UK. We have never had a bad experience and feel our life has been enriched by our travels.

About the location

We are perfectly placed to explore Snowdonia. Less than two hours to Liverpool, Manchester or indeed Dublin on the fast ferry. Stunning scenery around the beautiful Welsh countryside and coast. Numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites along with National Trust Properties. Great golf courses, solitary coves and beaches and of course majestic mountains make the area so special. The coastal paths are of particular interest to visitors who walk the 100-mile path around Anglesey in stages and seem to find pleasure even on a hard winters day.
