Lovely 2 Bed home in Izmir, Turkey

Our house is located in a village at Cesme Peninsula, Izmir, Turkey. The village is called Alacati and its bay is world-famous for wind-surfing. The second bay in the north is rich in hot springs, some of which are bubbling right inside the sea. There are several Spa Hotels in this area. Several coves for swimming are within either walking or short-driving distance. There are also facilities for sailing or kite surfing or day cruising. Our house is close to the regional bus terminal. It is a 90sq m. studio apartment on the second floor. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom-WC, kitchen-living room area as a single unit and a large terrace. It overlooks a large garden covered with a lawn which can also be used for sun bathing etc. Izmir airport is about a 40 min drive. There are direct flights to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport from several cities in Europe but connecting flights from Istanbul are also frequent. Other historic or sight seeing sites such as Ephesus, Pergamon, Sigacik, Kusadasi, Selcuk or Sirince are all possible daily excursions from our house.
