Our house is a 1929 bungalo with 3 bedrooms, a private backporch overlooking trees, with an outside grill. The weather is pleasant deep in the summer; the mosquitoes are few and far between. We are willing to allow use of one of our fuel efficient Toyota Camry's. The neighbors are friendly.
