Ten year old house with quiet back garden backing on to a Carrie Forest reserve. Denmark is a wonderful town and is situated on the south coast of WA, 280 miles south of Perth, about a 4hour drive or 1 hour flight (cost is $170).
The house has 2 double bedrooms and an office with a futon, bathroom with shower and separate bath; laundry with toilet, large kitchen & dining area and large lounge. There is air-con and heating.
Denmark is a small town and is a favourite tourist destination. Unlike most people's perception of Australia it is very green with magnificent Carrie trees, beaches to die for and a beautiful river and in-let. Denmark is also renowned for its flora and fawna. Oh and let's not forget the wineries. 30 min's away is the City of Albany which many years ago was a whaling town, now you can book to go whale watching and many other activities.
