Our large 4 bedroom detached house is situated in the Kent coastal town of Folkestone you can walk to the coast in 15 mins. Kent is known as the garden of England due to the beautiful country side .There are many castles and historic sites within easy reach.

The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac within 2 minutes of Station with trains to London taking 50 mins.We have good internet access and you can phone all UK land line telephone numbers free of charge
You can walk to local shops and pubs in 10 mins. The large garden has a spacious terrace ,barbecue, table tennis and a lot of space for games and relaxation.
The house has a large open plan seating area which is full of our own contemporary Art and also a grand piano and open fire. There is a separate TV room /library to spread out and relax.
The kitchen has a new Rangemaster cooker ,dishwasher and all appliances.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a large family bathroom with a power shower.
On the top floor there is a studio area .

We are wanting to travel within Europe ideally south. We are open to offers.
We speak Italian and a little Spanish and French.
We are looking currently for 2weeks-2months in July and Aug 2013

Our location is also great for the channel tunnel to France or beautiful kent villages.
