Lovely 1 Bed home in London, England

I'm looking to swap my lovely little Edwardian flat in West Norwood, South London. Lovely and light, with loads of original features and stripped white-painted floor boards, apart from in the bedroom (for obvious reasons!). It has a double bed, big comfy sofa, washer/dryer and central heating, plus constant hot water. It's super cosy at night. There's cable tv in the living room and bedroom, and reliable broadband.

I have two independent cats who have a catflap. They're very undemanding, although one likes a bit of lap action now and again. I have local friends who can do cat-feeding if you're not going to be around for a couple of days.

There are two main line train stations which will take you into central London (Victoria, Waterloo and London Bridge 20 mins max) or the South Coast, which are a 10 minute walk away, and loads of buses which will get you into Brixton (10 mins) with fast Tube links (Victoria line) into town.
