Exceptionally pretty, comfortable and light 3 bedroom house in conservation area. Just refurbished, in a leafy street with large garden near Camden Town.
The location is fantastic. A very quiet street, but just 1 minute walk from fantastic food shops and cafes, 15 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath, Regents Park and Primrose Hill and 20 minutes bus ride to the West End. Underground, buses and overground all around the corner.
Usual mod cons, large flat screen TV, cable, broadband etc. Miele appliances in kitchen and utility room.
Car-wise, we have a scruffy but efficient Honda Civic which you are welcome to borrow. Transport here is so easy that we rarely use it, but you may want to make trips out of London.
We would love you to look after our cat Ronnie. She is super easy. But if you can't/are allergic, she will (reluctantly) go to the cattery.
