Our home is situated on the top of a hill, with views over the mountains and to the sea. There is a garage on the ground floor which has ebikes, a car and other toys.The living, dining, kitchen and main bedroom (with ensuite) are all on one level. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is used as a music, computer and TV room, but can easily be changed into a bedroom if necessary. We love living here as we can leave our car at home!
About the location
Coffs Harbour is a large, regional city of about 80,000 people and has the amenities to go with that. Our home is easy walking distance to the beach, the harbour and a creek...all swimming options. We are also very close to a great pub, lots of restaurants and cafes, and a small supermarket. A few kms in either direction will get you to a large shopping mall. Within an hour`s drive, is the world heritage area of Dorrigo National park, and many great walking tracks. It is an ideal base for an active holiday. Coffs Harbour has an efficient regional airport with several flights including daily flights to Sydney and we are walking distance to the train station, and also the local bus route.
