The flat is a just a few kilometres from the beautiful, historic village of Rottingdean, a short bus ride away from Brighton (bus stop outside the flat) and direct walking access to the South Downs countryside. The local beach (with free parking) is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. Gatwick airport is a 40 minute and London a 55 minute train journey away.
