Lovely 3 Bed home in Sabaudia, Italy

I have a 3 bedroom flat in Sabaudia, Italy, on the sea, with beautiful beach, lakes and national park/forest, + plentiful sunshine.

It has a large balcony, with barbecue, and air-conditioning (though rarely necessary).

There are many restaurants/pizzerias, including good cheap ones along the sea.

Terracina, about 10 minutes away, has many Roman remains, including a temple on the mountain top. Also, at Sabaudia are the remains of the summer villa of the Emperor Domitian.

Travel: 1 hour south of Rome by car ( train: 1hr + 20 minute bus ride).

We're looking for an exchange from about 22nd July, ideally for one month but at least for 2-3 weeks.
