Our home is a lovely small but spacious studio, with separate kitchen and 1 bathroom, newly refurbished and redecorated. Wooden floors, beautiful traditional wooden windows (no views, sorry!, but enough light...). It´s located in the trendy neighborhood of LAVAPIÉS, in the very heart of Madrid, in a tree lined street right next to "La Casa Encendida" Art Centre, within the "Paseo del Arte" (where Reina Sofía, Thyssen and El Prado lie). The area is packed with restaurants and bars with open-air terraces. The Teatro Valle-Inclán is just next door, and there are lots of off-theatres in the neighborhood. Nearest metro station is Lavapiés (2 minutes) and Puerta de Atocha central train station is 15 minutes walkng distance.
