My home is a 2 bedroom ground-floor maisonette at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The living room has patio doors that open out into a small sunny garden. It is in a quiet and friendly road and my immediate neighbour is an Ozzie !
Amersham is in the Chiltern Hills between Oxford (40miles) and London (30miles).
Amersham is the last westerly stop on the Metropolitan line of the London Underground "tube" network and it is possible to be in Central London in less than an hour.
Amersham is a semi-rural town some of which dates back to the 16th Century and we are close to a good network of motorways for anywhere in the South (Brighton beach is just 1.5 hours away).
There are some fabulous National Trust properties nearby to visit.
