Situated at almost 1000 feet in the picturesque village of Cressbrook, our cottage has panoramic views over Monsal Dale. It is said, quite rightly, to have one of the best views in the Peak District.

Excellent walking, cycling and rock climbing are on your doorstep.
Haddon Hall, the location 'Thornfield Hall', in the recent televison serialisation of 'Jane Eyre', is six miles from the cottage. Other nearby local attractions include Alton Towers, The Blue John Cavern, Eyam (the plague village), Bakewell (home of the famous tarts), and the splendour of Chatsworth House.
