The apartment is time sharing owned, for two weeks, the first one from November 16 to 23, 2011, and the second one from March 28 to April 4, 2012. The apartment, at the first floor, is quite, well equipped, looking on a small (we are in Venezia!)garden, property of the near church. It has a hall with double bed sofa, a kitchen/living room, a bed room, a bath room with shower. It is 55 sq. metres. Being a time sharing property, it?s not warmly and amiably furnished, but everything is efficient and almost new. The most significant point of the apartment is the location, in the Rialto area, the historical heart of the town, in a residential area close to boat stop and to the open market, and reach of shops, restaurants, wine bars.
