Lovely 1 Bed home in Venice, USA

Tiny, efficient apartment 6 doors from a wide golden sand beach & the Venice Pier. The apartment is free-standing with 2 entrances. There is local surfing, paddle tennis, cycling, golf courses, restaurants, stores & it's a walk or short bike ride to local Farmer's Markets, Santa Monica & Marina del Rey. There is (a little bit of) room to accommodate a single Aero-bed (we may be able to provide one) if there are more than 2 guests. The Venice Beach House, a B&B, is located at the end of the block. We live in nearest house (outside of the privacy fence) & are happy to help with anything you need. We may be able to, if scheduling fits, transport you to and from the airport (LAX only).
