Lovely 3 Bed home in San Clemente, USA
We live in a beautiful condo 5 minutes from the beach with views from every room! It is a building done in the 70's with a retro feel outside and the unit has been modernly finished out and furnishings are as well. Our complex is named "Ocean Fairways" because there is also a nice public golf course on our street. The downtown area is full of unique dining and shopping and has a quaint small town feel, including a farmer's market every Sunday! San Clemente boasts of 300 days of sunshine a year, we love it and know you will too! Also nearby is the city of San Diego, 45 minutes, and Los Angeles, an hour :-)
