Our house is approx. 1,800 square feet, 4 bedroom, with a large back garden. It is in an estate of 30 individual houses. It is in the countryside, yet only 12 miles from Cork city centre, which is Ireland's 2nd largest city. Also we are 10 miles from Kinsale, a beautiful town on the coast. We are on the road to west Cork and there are many beautiful places to visit within 1 1/2 hours drive of the house. Also Killarney is within 1 1/2 hours. There is lots to do and see here and it is a great base to explore Ireland from.
