Lovely 5 Bed home in Patterson Lakes, Australia
Our home is bright and spacious. We have the Edithvale Wetlands literally right at our front door. Beautiful Chelsea beach is a half hour walk or a 5 minute drive.
All five bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds. We have a formal lounge and dining room (but if my husband gets his way, the formal lounge will have a billiard table in there by Christmas!)
We have a cinema room, a study and a backyard with a BBQ and trampoline.
Patterson Lakes has been built around the Patterson River Marina, the gateway to Port Phillip Bay and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
The city of Melbourne is 33km to the North an hour by car during peak or 45 by minutes train. Mornington Peninsula & wine district, 30 minutes by car to the South.
