We live in a large air conditioned bungalow in the Bedfordale hills in a semi rural retreat 35 kms southeast of Perth.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, 2 generous living areas and study, with 3 metre verandahs on 3 sides.
The house is on 2.5 acres of native bushland & garden, close to a regional park and dam catchment area. Situated in a peaceful area there is ample scope for bushwalking and bird watching.
It is 10 minutes by car to a large shopping complex plus cinema and the train to Perth (34 min), as well as a train and bus terminus to locations in the south of Western Australia featuring magnificent forests, coastal scenery & premium wine producing regions.
