St Germans, Cornwall

Situated in the beautiful conservation area of St Germans, Underhill is a very pretty and comfortable Victorian cottage on a quiet cul de sac. The house backs onto the Port Elliot Estate. Outside there is a sunny courtyard and up some ( fairly steep) steps a further private garden with a lovely summerhouse- perfect for relaxing, reading, listening to music.

About the location

St Germans is easily accessible from the A38 though it feels a million miles away. The south coast is close by; from the bustling seaside resort of Looe to the breathtaking scenery of the Rame peninsula. Both Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are an easy drive away.

Three National Trust properties are within 30 minutes drive as well as the Eden Project. Plymouth is the nearest city (sailing, boat trips, Art Deco Lido, theatres, galleries) . St Germans has a train station so there is easy access to Plymouth and Exeter in one direction, Truro and Penzance in the other. Well behaved dogs are welcome and there are lovely walks close by.
