Our home is located an easy 5min walk from Avalon beach and village. Our home is only 4 years old, it is a two storey house with a swimming pool. Downstairs is the kitchen, lounge room, dining and family room which all open up to the pool and garden, there is also a laundry, bathroom and double bedroom, upstairs is another sitting room with TV, main bathroom and 3 single bedrooms and extra large king bedroom with walkin robe and ensuite. Our home is fully airconditioned.
Our home is 5 minutes by car to the beautiful Palm Beach. We are also situated 5 minutes from the beautiful inland waterway of Pittwater where fish are plentiful.
Avalon Village has a cosmopolitan feel and is full of cafe`s and restaurants of all styles. We feel we are always on holiday!
