Detached dormer bungalow

Our house is a 4 bed dormer bungalow situated in its own grounds in a residential area approx one mile from the nearest village. It is a bright airy people friendly family home and has its own patio and bar b q for those summer evenings.

There are many restaurants and pubs and a hotel within walking distance of the house. The beach is a short drive away as is the woods. Cork City with its many attractions is only a half an hours drive away. There is public transport available to the city from Carrigaline. Kinsale -Irelands gourmet capital is a short drive away. Co. Kerry with all its famous attractions, Co. Clare and other southern counties are a days trip away from Carrigaline.

Carrigaline is a bustling town with a population of 16500. There is a fine hotel Carrigaline Court Hotel and Leisure Centre serving food all day within walking distance of our house as well as many restaurants and pubs. We are served by 3 very large supermarkets and public transport to and from Cork City runs 24/7. There is a greenway, former railway line from Carrigaline to Crosshaven ( a small fishing village 5 miles away with a fabulous view of Cork Harbour) along the estuary of the Owenabue River which is ideal for walking/ running or cycling. The Good Fish Shop, a fish wholesalers is based in Carrigaline offering a vast range of fresh fish daily. There is a bustling G.A.A. Club as well as a large Soccer Club also in the village of Carrigaline.
