Lovely 4 Bed home in Oxford, England

Comfortable three-storeyed, terraced family home in the popular area of East Oxford. The city centre is only 10 mins walk away, but just around the corner from the house we have delicatessens, cafes, supermarket, pubs etc. Frequent buses into the centre take about 7 mins. Oxford itself has lots to see: colleges, old historic town and Shakespere festival in late July-August.

The house has 1 double sitting room, family dining and kitchen area, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Small, enclosed garden, lots of children's toys, bikes and a barbecue! We have one car, which we would exchange. Two cats, good with children, we would leave at home if swappers were happy.
