We live in a converted barn next to the farmhouse where our daughter, son in law and grandaughters 6 and 9 live. It is only a hamlet of 4 properties with 11 acres of land.
Barnstaple is 2 miles by car. We are close to the Tarka Trail for walking, near lovely sandy beaches, an hour's drive from Exeter and good local food and shops.
