Garden flat in peaceful location, central Edinburgh

Our home is a ground floor flat with large front and back garden. The back is very private and peaceful and the front leads to the Crescent with grass and trees. We have lived in our home for over 20 years and its is full of sunshine being a south facing back garden. It is bright and cosy. It is filled with books and paintings and has a wood burner for colder days.

About the location

We live in a peaceful crescent looking on to trees and grass with both a front and back garden. 5 mins walk from fantastic pubs and restaurants and 20 minutes walk from the historic centre of Edinburgh. Plenty of free parking available and easy walking or public transport to reach museums, galleries theatres, pubs and cafe`s. Edinburgh is a great city for an easy short or longer term break.
