We are 7 km from the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world at Mount Maunganui. Plenty to see and do locally and are also 30 mins to Rotorua and 2.5 hrs to Auckland.

We have solar water heating and double glazed, tinted windows. We have a small, private patio with a large umbrella and shaded by olive trees, accessible from most rooms through patio doors. Wireless internet can be available plus several wide screen TV's with My Sky.

We have 2 cats who may appreciate feeding although alternatives can be made.

Our vehicles and boat could be available with negotiation.
