Lovely 3 Bed home in Brighton, England

We built our timber house 12 years ago and it was featured on the C4 series Grand Designs. It has a sedum roof, stilts and is situated 3 miles from the city centre with the South Downs right behind our garden.

Brighton is a seaside resort with the Royal Pavilion and museum in the cultural quarter. Brighton is also famous for independent shops, cafes and night life, but there is also a large shopping mall. Gatwick airport is a 30 minute train journey.

We have 3 bedrooms - 2 with sleeping platforms and a sofa bed in the living room so there is some flexibility around how many people can stay. Just let me know and I can explain in detail. We have a small garden and some outdoor communal space.
