Our property is approx. 15 y.o . It has four bedrooms although two are now used as an office and sewing room. The main bedroom is ensuite and the second large bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom. In the body of the house we have a lounge which overlooks a large entertaining area and can be viewed through floor to ceiling glass windows. we also have a family room which overlooks the back garden. This is accessed via large sliding glass doors. The modern kichen overlooks a dining area,which is furnished in French provincial style. At the front we have a double garage,which houses our two cars,whilst the garden is mainly lawn and is bordered by tropical plants and trees

Wellington Point is a 10 minute drive to beautiful main bay - Moreton Bay. An adjacent suburb,Cleveland, is also located bayside and is the departure point for the car ferry which takes passengers over to Stradbroke Island - a major attraction in the area.This sub tropical island has great beaches,surfing,fishing and coastal walks.The ferry ride from Cleveland takes 45 minutes. Both Wellington Point and Cleveland have numerous cafes and restaurants,which cater for most tastes. For those who wish to travel slightly further afield,the world famous beaches of the Gold Coast are only 50 minutes away by car. The beautiful Sunshine Coast,north of Brisbane is a 90 minute car ride. The heart of Brisbane is 30 minutes away by car and we also have a local train service which takes you into the centre of Brisbane.
At Wellington Point we are within short walking distance of a local shopping centre and major shopping centres are within 10 minutes by car.Our cars can be included in the exchange
