Our house was built in the 1930's and comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, a utility room, good sized kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a lovely garden and a double garage.
Petersfield is a small market town, with a lovely town square which hosts regular markets and pretty countryside. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in the town, along with good shopping. There is a sports centre with indoor swimming pool, nearby golf courses, boating lake, tennis courts and many wonderful countryside walks (often to traditional pubs!)
The historic towns of Chichester, Winchester and Portsmouth are all within a 20 minute drive and there is a regular (twice hourly) direct train to London (50 minutes).
