Beautiful character home in the heart of Victoria's best neighbourhood, Oak Bay. Two block walk to cafes, restaurants, and shops...and a ten minute walk to local beaches and marinas. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 3 fireplaces, 2 living rooms, dining room, study, and a beautiful farm-house eat-in kitchen. Off the kitchen there is a beautiful outdoor living room and dining room, perfect for sun-filled afternoons. The house has 4 bedrooms and will easily sleep 4 adults and 3 children. The house is large, warm and inviting!
We would be willing to exchange for the use of our two vehicles. The exchange could also include the use of our lake side cottage, located 3 hours north of Victoria, roughly 60 minutes from Mount Washington, Vancouver Island's largest ski resort.
