Lindhaven

Eco designed house in a small, friendly very rural village at the southern edge of Snowdonia National Park. There is hiking from the door and there are cycle trails nearby.

The Cambrian coast is 45 minutes drive and the cities of Chester, Shrewbury, Birmingham, Manchester & Liverpool all between 2 and 3 hours drive. There are rail stations within 20 minutes drive with regular services to the coast, Shrewsbury and beyond. The nearest International airports are Birmingham & Manchester.

About the location

very small village, with no shop, in the hills of North Powys. The nearest shop is about 3 km away with more extensive shopping 20 minutes drive - supermarkets such as Tesco, Asda & Co-op do deliver to the door. We are in a ( non-designated ) dark sky area and so the night skies can be spectacular. There are many footpaths in the immediate area and mountain walking very close by. We have lots of maps and path guides and you`ll be spoiled for choice if hiking is your thing.
