Located in a leafy suburb of London this house won 2 Green Awards in 2009. It was substantially refurbished at the beginning of 2009 and has every modern amenity for comfortable living. The local shopping is adequate but close by is Kingston with numerous multiples that makes a trip to London unnecessary. However, if you decide that you have to visit London then the local station about 7 minutes walk provides a half hourly service to London, the journey takes about 25 minutes. There is a park within walking distance with tennis courts (not very good quality). The nearest major road is the A3 which has a quick link to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
