There is 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed and second large sofa if desperate in sitting room. 2 bathrooms/showerooms. The study can be used to store cases etc - more wardrobe space located within. Will easily accommodate 4 adults. Will consider car-exchange too but car not necessary for this exchange. House is well-equipped with all mod-cons.
Great restaurants/bars/theatres nearby. Good shopping in compact but vibrant city centre. Can recommend great places to eat / visit - have friends who are willing to act as local guide.
Excellent travel links (air via Leeds-Bradford airport, road or train) to other cities and countryside (Pennines, Yorkshire Moors, Dales and Wolds). 15 mins to Yorkshire Sculpture Park, 30 mins to York/ Bradford/ Sheffield / Ilkey/knaresborough/Harrogate/Skipton; 1 hour to Manchester.
