Lovely 3 Bed home in Sydney, Australia
Recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom semi detached house, located 4km from Sydney City Centre in a quiet friendly street. Weekly organic markets 5 minutes walk away and a wide variety of local restaurants. We have a car available for exchange but the public transport system is close, extensive and affordable if you prefer not to drive.
We have 3 bedrooms and are able to configure on request. Currently on the ground floor we have the main bedroom with a queen sized bed and built in robe and the children's room with a cot and single bed. The third bedroom is upstairs with a double bed. 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is a seperate study in the roof space upstairs and certainly big enough to put another bed in if required.
For our exchange to Scotland and France 2013 we would prefer the south of France or the Scottish Highlands.
