Lovely 4 Bed home in Exeter, England

Our home is a comfortable end terrace house with a garden. The garden has lawns for children to play, fruit trees and a small vegetable plot. We have a nice conservatory/sun room and a garage.

The area is a quiet residential neighbourhood, about 10 minutes form local amenities (shops, banks, post office, pharmacy etc). The centre of Exeter is about 20 minutes walk or a short bus/train ride.

Exeter is an ancient city with Roman walls, a Norman cathedral and lots of mediaeval houses and buildings. There are lots of modern shops and restaurants and a range of cinemas, theatres etc. Exeter has good communication links with London, Cornwall and the Midlands. It is on a main train line about 2.5 hours from London or about 1 hour from Plymouth.

We are close to the beaches of Devon and Cornwall and the moors for walking/hiking etc.
