North Epping is a quiet suburb only 22km North West of the Sydney CBD. North Epping is surrounded by National Parks which means there is no through traffic.
Our home has 3 bedrooms: lounge, open plan dining/family room, modern recently renovated kitchen and bathroom (separate shower and bath), an additional toilet, with gardens front & rear.
North Epping is an excellent place from which to explore Sydney and its sights. 10min bus to main line station (Epping Interchange) at front door. For those who prefer to walk Epping station is only a 15-20 minute level walk. From Epping station it is then just a 35min train journey to central Sydney. We are a short walking distance from local shops (small supermarket, chemist, bakery, butcher, cash point etc.).
Easy motorway access to the Blue Mountains region west of Sydney and to the freeways to northern New South Wales.
When you are not busy exploring you could sit outside on our large rear deck, have a barbeque and relax enjoying the peace and quiet.
